Step Inside the Blockchain Futurist Conference

Last week the Blockchain Futurist Conference had it’s Florida debut after eight years in Toronto, and what a debut it was! The two day conference took place on November 5-6, 2025 and  brought knowledge of excitement, anticipation and a mix of crypto culture meets a creator driven economy. This wasn’t your average suit and tie tech conference, because the attire was as eclectic as coins listed on exchanges. Each one expressing a different intention, but with a shared sense of purpose, not defined by job titles but values.

It was a shared space of visionaries and builders all in one room thriving and exploring the future of Web3, crypto, AI, DeFi, NFT, and ofcourse gaming. The crypto space mingle is a blend of subcultures that include finance, gaming, art, and beyond as it thrives to give blockchain events a cross genre energy rarely seen elsewhere. So lets jump on the journey and let me take you on a tour of what transpired at the Blockchain Futurist Conference.

There were numerous activations, doggy accessories, happy hours, and panels that encouraged fluid conversations. An outside VIP pool deck that had nothing to do with liquidity pools, but encouraged intellectual curiosity and conversations that spun technical depth. Cayman Finance hosted a Rum bar on day one on the VIP pool deck with handcrafted rum cocktails. They also had a speaker panel on the main stage called “Cayman’s Virtual Asset Ecosystem: Where Innovation, Compliance, and Execution Meet.

Panels that took place included Iggy Azalea speaking about her Mother coin. Luca Schnetzler, Pudgy Penguins CEO discussing how he built the digital brand on the main stage. Eric Trump, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of American Bitcoin Corp. speaking about American Bitcoin. Excitement soared through the room as Tom Bilyeu introduced Eric Trump to the main stage.

 Panels varied from Pudgy Penguins to Scaling Trust: Developers Building Privacy and Communities in Web3 featuring Jorrin Bruns, developer relations engineer at Algorand Foundation as well as Alex Hochberger, CEO of Web3 Enabler. There was something for everyone, a blend of beach club fun mixed with blockchain fundamentals. The location of the conference itself took place at the Hardrock Hotel in Hollywood FL at the DAER day club and night club, giving to resort vibes reimagined. With an additional outside rooftop panel area circled by NFT, art display, and a bar for drinks or impromptu conversations.

It was definitely a high energy event where attendees cheered for memes, enjoyed learning, mingling and discovering all the latest unfolding in the crypto space!
