It Was A Culinary World Tour

The event opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony, where representatives from participating countries highlighted their culinary offerings. From Spain’s pavilion featuring turron, wines and croquettes, to Italy’s spread of cannoli, café, and gelato, the show floor became a journey across cultures and food innovation. Exhibitors introduced products ranging from artisanal delicacies, varieties of dark chocolates, beverages, and packaging solutions.

More Than Tasting: A Marketplace for Growth

While sampling was a crowd favorite, the show’s real value was in its networking opportunities. Buyers connected with international producers, distributers discovered new partnerships, and food entrepreneurs, creators, vendors explored ways to expand into new markets. These types of conferences are opportunities to connect, discover and really take the next step and pivot forward. Face to face meetings, tastings, exchanges of ideas is something that a digital platform can’t fully replicate; that’s why this type of conference is still so valuable in building trust and business growth in the food industry. I must add that there was a very savvy tech tool that attendees and vendors used to keep track of connections made at the show; offering an easy way to follow up post show. Consistency is key to success and that means following up is an important step to keep the momentum going.
